also, who knew parking would cost extra? not me! after expecting at least a complimentary snack for my troubles, I was disappointed to find the pool basically uninviting. I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t refuse my inner critic.

The view from the room showcasing the river and city lights was stunning, truly bringing the vibrancy of the area right into our space. It’s just a decent stroll to the bustling Queen Street Mall, which makes for a convenient spot if you’re looking to shop or dine out.
We faced some letdowns too. The electronic check-in process felt sketchy, which we decided to avoid by going straight to the reception. The cleanliness left something to be desired, with a dishwasher that was clearly overlooked and a bathroom showing signs of mold from poor ventilation. the hot water situation was a hassle. we had to time our showers due to sharing a system with another room. Not to mention, the restaurant closure on a Sunday night left us hunting for food nearby, which felt limiting. All in all, a mixed bag that could use improvement.

Good location, super handy for Roma St station! The staff were lovely, especially the receptionist who made check-in a breeze. Room was generally clean and the bed was comfy, which is a must after long days of exploring (and let me tell you, I did a lot of exploring! ).
Utterly satisfied.

the view from our room was absolutely amazin, really loved it! room was spacious and comfy, loved the two TVs and the big lounge area. also, the staff were super nice and helped me with check-in issues, which was great! having a full-size fridge was unexpected and useful.
the pre-checkin was a bit tricky and the noise from the nearby train station was annoying.
